SIA Project Update: Impossible construction made possible.

We are proudly announcing that our SIA project has started construction today. Hamilton Marino Builder, who is well known in the industry, are undertaking the build of Sia. At Luxmile we are relentless in our pursuit to find a better way to build. Safer, less waste, and faster whilst improving quality and reducing cost. We are Looking forward to working with Hamilton Marino and to have this beautiful and elegant building completed by Mid 2020.

The engineering team in SIA completed the frames without relying on heavy structural steel. 95% reduction of structural steel was achieved, with only 3 short RHS posts required. 7 different roof/wall planes all lining up from level to level with perfect alignment and allowances for different cladding thicknesses across the job. Absolutely true to the architectural model, it’s our belief that the ONLY way this was possible was through our extensive design development techniques.
